Get baptized
A powerful symbol of new life
Biblical foundation. Baptism is a biblical practice that Jesus himself participated in and commanded His followers to observe. It’s an outward expression of the inward change that happens when you decide to follow Jesus.
What baptism represents:
- Going under water symbolizes dying to your old way of life
- Coming up from the water represents new life in Christ
- A public declaration shows your commitment to following Jesus
- A community celebration — your church family rejoices with you
Who should be baptized? Anyone who has made a personal decision to follow Jesus Christ and wants to publicly declare that commitment. It’s not about age or spiritual maturity — it’s about sincere faith.
How we celebrate this important decision
Our approach. We believe baptism should be a joyful celebration with your church family. We schedule baptism services to allow proper time for preparation, celebration, and meaningful connection.
Preparation process:
- A personal conversation with Pastor John about your faith journey
- Understanding the meaning and significance of baptism
- An opportunity to prepare your testimony (optional)
- Practical details about the service and what to expect
The baptism service:
- Full immersion baptism
- An opportunity to share your story, if you’d like
- Celebration with your church community
- Photos to commemorate this special moment
- Prayer and blessing from our pastoral team
