Crosspoint believes that missions, both local and overseas, is a vital and important ministry. We have an ongoing Missions Committee that leads the church's missionary efforts. Over the years, many of our Crosspoint people have participated in short term missions adventures. As recent as August 2008, two teams from Crosspoint worked in Mozambique. During our summer children's program, the kids personalized soccer balls that were presented to Mozambique children by our teams, as well as several sets of soccer uniforms donated by the Fredericton District Soccer Association. It is also our privilege to support two career missionaries.

We believe in giving back to our community through involvement in the Food Bank, Soup Kitchen, Transition House, and other local benevolences.

Crosspoint is also heavily involved in Operation Christmas Child through Samaritan's Purse. Pastor Conard Symonds is the Regional Coordinator, and Crosspoint is the collection site for central New Brunswick.

Our Ladies Work Circle is a very active group of women who meet monthly to serve others by engaging in activities such as wrapping bandages for overseas hospitals, knitting mitts and hats for the local elementary school, and raising funds for many specific projects, both local and overseas.
